VA (Department of Veterans Affairs) Mortgage
A government insured loan guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. It requires very low or no down payments and has generous requirements for qualification. This type of loan is available only to veterans of the armed services (either on active duty or in the reserves) and their spouses. |
